Library Consortium Program Manager: One of the League's district services is the Community College Library Consortium, a joint project with the Council of Chief Librarians. which provides informational databases and other vital online resources to libraries at 115 California Community colleges and many off-campus centers throughout California and beyond. The Library Consortium Program Manager will take primary responsibility for the Library Services Platform (LSP) Program; including continued development, growth and improvement of the program. Additionally, the Program Manager will provide general support to Library Consortium operations as needed.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in California. This position attends and facilitates virtual meetings on a regular basis which require a stable internet connection and professional presence. This position reports to the Library Consortium Director and has regular interaction with the Council of Chief Librarians leadership.
Salary range: $85,000-$95,000 annually.

Events and Sponsors Associate: The Events and Sponsors Associates supports the Community College League of California’s Meeting and Events team through detailed and organized coordination of logistics to ensure the events’ successes. This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating logistical and attendance elements; providing excellent customer service to League members in advance of and at events; and serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for Corporate Partners.

The salary for this position is $65,500 – 70,000 annually.

Bookkeeping Services for Library Resources Purchasing Consortium: The Community College League of California is a non-profit member association which represents the CEOs and Trustees of all of California’s community colleges. Our organization also manages a library electronic resources consortium, and we are seeking external bookkeeping services to assist us in managing our financial records.
The Library Program works with approximately 60 vendors and 116 colleges; average gross revenue for the program is $11 million per year. The program employs a director and invoice analyst who review, resolve issues and reconcile invoices with the colleges and vendors. Scope of Services: The selected vendor will be responsible for providing bookkeeping services to our organization, specifically focusing on the financial activities related to our library's electronic resources. Bookkeeping services may be performed offsite, with meetings being held virtually (Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
