California Trustees Elected, Re-elected and Appointed to ACCT Leadership Positions
SACRAMENTO, CA – The Community College League of California (League) is pleased to announce the following California trustees newly elected, re-elected, and appointed to leadership positions at the 2018 Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) Leadership Congress:
- Meredith Brown, Peralta Community College District: Re-elected to ACCT Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and appointed its Chair-Elect (Pacific Region)
- Judy Chen Haggerty, Mt. San Antonio Community College District: Appointed Chair of the ACCT Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
- John Leal, State Center Community College District: Elected as Pacific Regional Chair
- Bernie Rhinerson, San Diego Community College District: Re-elected to ACCT Board of Directors (Pacific Region)
“The California Community Colleges are well represented this year on ACCT’s Board and Committees.
