The Community College League of California (CCLC) seeks a partner to create a digital user experience for staff and members. As most of our members do not come to the CCLC’s physical offices, the website and online services are an important digital touchpoint. We are seeking a partner to help us recreate our digital experience, integrated with a CRM and LMS (learning management system). The scope of work clearly outlines what we believe we need to create a digital experience with user and back-end functionality to provide information, support event registration and other storefront needs, maintain member records, and use data and the digital platform intelligently to improve our interactions with members.
