The Granlibakken Conference Center is a rustic resort located in Tahoe City, California. Participants stay in rustic but comfortable shared quarters ranging from hotel style room to a condo with multiple rooms. You will make your own hotel reservations by calling Granlibakken at (800) 543-3221 and asking for the CCLC19 room block. Please see the room fee list. Only a specific number of single lodging will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Make your reservations early for the best available conference accommodations.
Because Granlibakken will be sold out the evenings we are there, there will be very little opportunity to move you to another room. The hotel will attempt to accommodate all special requests, but will make no guarantees.
If you plan to bring family members, please be sure to reserve a single room. If more than one room is needed, please book the additional room(s) directly with the hotel and not within the CLI room block. Family members are not included in reservations for CLI meals or activities, so please plan to pay for their meals and hotel services separately. Additional meals for the Awards Dinner must be purchased via the CCLC registration process. “Guest Meals” include any individual joining you for a meal who is not registered for the conference.
The conference fee covers conference registration costs, facilities, and dinners. Lodging fees cover all scheduled breakfast and lunch meals and access to hotel services. Please understand that the CLI room block is limited and that rooms are available and reserved for conference participants only. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Located within a mile of Lake Tahoe, Granlibakken is 55 minutes from Reno, two hours from Sacramento and four hours from San Francisco. For more information on Granlibakken, its location, and the surrounding area, view their website at http://www.Granlibakken.com. For those of you who plan to arrive prior to Wednesday, June 12th, or stay later Saturday, we ask that you make your own arrangements. Since Granlibakken may be sold out on those evenings, it may be necessary for you stay at another property. For assistance, contact the North Lake Tahoe Convention and Visitor’s Bureau at 800/824-6348.
Parking – Parking is complimentary at Granlibakken for attendees of the Classified Leadership Institute.
