Last week, the CEO Funding Formula Workgroup shared a set of recommendations to Chancellor Oakley in an effort to provide guidance around Governor Brown’s proposal for a new California Community Colleges funding formula.

The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC) conducted an informational hearing on a draft report intended to inform recommendations on the simplification and consolidation of the State’s current financial aid system.

California community college leaders have taken their collective voice to elected representatives in Washington, D.C. to discuss the system’s priorities for the reauthorization of the Higher Education Act.
